As part of the NRCFOSS promotional activities, C-DAC is organizing a series of workshop-cum-demo at major cities in India for the Government officials. This workshop gives an overview about the Open source technologies from the emergence of FOSS, its advantages and benefits, Introduction to BOSS GNU/Linux, tools and technologies, language tools and so on.
C-DAC Chennai is hosting the one day workshop on 23 rd september 2009 at Savera Hotels Ltd. (Samavesh Hall) Chennai.
